Use to suspend weight plates from waist to increase resistance on dip exercises. Pass chain through support ring on opposite side of the heavy-duty leather belt, then pass through weight plate and fasten clasp to support ring to which chain is attached. Suspended weight keeps belt tightened around waist for safe, effective exercise.
