The Level 3 is not for the faint of heart and posture is imperative at this level of intensity with SMRT-CORE. After mastering Level 2 exercises it's time to advance to Level 3.
Level 3 takes the push pull, adds a press, and then adds a pause at the peak intensity of each movement, taking you to the hardest part of the exercise and then having you hold the position. This requires strength to get to the position and exceptional stability to hold it.
In this DVD you will learn the essentials on how to master all of the progression exercises and you will also learn steps on how to master the movements and challenge the core while producing a self massage with The Grid like no other foam roller.
DVD also includes a follow along warm-up and two workouts that challenge you to a stronger, more stable core.
Each exercise is clearly explained so that you understand the movements. Common exercises like pushups, crunches, planks and bridges are modified to be executed with the body positioned on The Grid.
