• SHIPPING QUESTIONS
  • Shipping Internationally
    We ship worldwide. Please note that our shipping charges do not include duties and taxes.
    
    You have 2 shipping options:
    1) International Economy - Delivery in 4-7 business days. You will be responsible for duties and taxes
    2) International Priority - Delivery in 2-3 business days. You will be responsible for duties and taxes.
    
    If you have a broker, please put the broker name and phone number on the 2nd address line so the carrier can contact your broker to get the shipment through customs.
    
    You can get a quote complete with shipping by putting items in cart, log into your online account or create an account,and enter your shipping address. The shipping rates will be located under the shipping address fields. You will then have the option of either continuing with your order or deleting the items from your cart. To remove items from the cart or change quantities, you will need to go back to the shopping cart page.
  • Shipping to Canada
    We do ship to Canada. Please note that our shipping charges do not include duties and taxes.
    
    You have these shipping options:
    1) Ground - Delivery in 4-7 business days. You will be responsible for UPS brokerage fees, and duties and taxes
    2) International Economy - Delivery in 3-5 business days. Shipping charges include brokerage fees, but you will still be responsible for duties and taxes.
    3) International Priority - Delivery in 1-3 business days. Shipping charges include brokerage fees, but you will still be responsible for duties and taxes.

    We offer these shipping options:
    Ground - 3-5 business days
    3-day shipping
    2-day shipping
    Overnight Standard - arrives anytime next business day
    Overnight Priority - arrives by 10:30 a.m. in your time zone
    
    The order will ship the same day if all parts are in stock and the order is placed by 4:30 p.m. Central Time.
  • What is freight or What will it cost me in freight?
    You can get a shippping rate on our website by adding the items to your shopping cart, proceed to Secure Checkout, either log in to your account or create an account, add your complete shipping address. The rates will be at the bottom of that page.

  • Is this item in stock?
    When you look at the item page, right under the price of the item, it will show In Stock or Not in Stock. If it is not in stock and you add it to your shopping cart, the website will give you an approximate date that it will be available to ship.
  • Does this part fit? or Is this part compatible?
    To check if a part is compatible with your machine, please click on the "View Where Used" link. If it is compatible, your model and serial number will be listed for that part.
